Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Patient

• More than 12 hours before scheduled time: Full refund (processing fees, if any, may apply).
• Within 12 hours of appointment: No refund, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost (subject to practitioner availability).
• To cancel or reschedule, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us via WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by Provider

If we need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (practitioner emergency, technical failure), you will receive 100% refund or free rescheduling. We will notify you as early as possible.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not join the video call within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the consultation is marked as missed and is non-refundable. Please inform us in advance if you are running late.

4. How to Request Cancellation
