Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time: full refund (excluding any payment gateway charges, if applicable).
• Cancellations due to medical emergency (supported by documentation) may be considered for a partial refund even within 12 hours.
• If we cancel the appointment from our side, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• No-show or late arrival (more than 15 minutes).
• Cancellation within 12 hours without a valid emergency.
• Dissatisfaction with the consultation (we encourage you to discuss concerns with us; we may offer a follow-up at no cost).

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. The timing of the credit depends on your bank/ card issuer.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email support@srisevatrust.in with your name, appointment date, and reason. Include your registered phone number for faster processing.

5. Razorpay Integration

All payments are securely handled by Razorpay. We do not store any payment information. Refunds, when initiated, follow Razorpay's standard procedures.
