Welcome to Srimrityunjayan Aarogya Sangthan – an online holistic healthcare platform. By accessing or booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Nature (100% Online)
All consultations are conducted via video/audio call. We do not operate a physical clinic. Consultations are for advice, treatment plans, and wellness guidance; in case of emergency, please visit a nearby hospital.
2. Booking & Payment
- Payments are processed through Razorpay (secure third-party gateway).
- Consultation fees are non‑transferable but may be refunded as per our cancellation policy.
- You will receive a confirmation with a link to join the video consultation.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information for safe and effective care.
- Join the consultation on time; late arrival may reduce consultation duration.
- Maintain respectful communication — inappropriate behaviour may lead to termination without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, logo, images) is owned by the Foundation. You may not copy or redistribute without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive for the highest standard of care, but results may vary. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or inability to use our services, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
